Q: IF I PLACE AN ORDER WILL IT SHIP THE SAME DAY?
A: Most orders received by 1pm PST (4pm EST) will be processed and shipped out the same business day (we don't ship on Sat/Sun/Holidays). All orders taken after this time will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship out the next business day.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
A: All orders $75 and above ship for FREE! Anything below that price point ships for a low rate of $4.99. Both of these shipment pricing options represent Fedex ground; if you would prefer an expedited shipment we are able to offer 2 Day Air for $9.95. If you would like a price quote for an alternate shipping service, please call us directly.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Unfortunately we are currently only able to ship to addresses in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Most orders are shipped Fedex Ground and will arrive anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, California and much of Idaho and Utah in 1-2 days! Please see the shipping time map below provided by UPS for shipment times to all areas of the country. If you would prefer guaranteed 2 Day Air, we also offer that as an option.
Q: DOES A RACQUET PURCHASE INCLUDE STRINGS?
A: Yes! Every new racquet purchase includes a restring with Prince Synthetic Gut with Duraflex or any other free string upgrade options we are currently running (check our promotions page). If you wish to upgrade to a different premium string option, you just pay the retail price of the strings - labor is free. You can see the upgrade prices using the drop down menu on every racquet's product page.
